Sombrero Cake

Jacqui – The cake was awesome!  Not only did it look great  - it had a wonderful flavor.  I was very happy and I know Tim was too.  It was sitting on the table and when we moved it to outside for the song – everyone said – “is that the cake?”  They thought it was a decoration.   Thanks for the cutting instructions – haha!  We were very pleased.

Hi Jacqui
Thank you very much for sending me the card, I had been meaning to e-mail you and say how impressed I was by Chris’ 40th Birthday cake, it was so realistic, you did an awesome job.  Now that the last relatives from Chicago have gone home, I finally have some time to catch up.
Chris could not believe it when he saw it, he was overwhelmed.
You are extremely talented and I will definitely pass your card along and not hesitate to recommend you to all my friends.
I took a risk as I had not seen any of your previous cakes, or tasted any of your cakes, but it paid off, I was really, really pleased with the results and the cake was delicious, we did not want to cut it, but it was worth it, it was yummy.
I hope you are still making and decorating cakes when my children get married because I would not go anywhere else!
