Flavors listed without * are included in the base cake price of $3.25 per serving.  Fondant starts at $ 4.25 per serving.

While I do have filling flavors listed you can also use flavored buttercreams for fillings in your cake.  For carved cakes, smooth buttercream flavors are recommended. (example...no nuts, oreos, chocolate chips ect)

FAVORITE FLAVOR COMBINATIONS

NEAPOLITAN CAKE ~ Alternating layers of Vanilla and Chocolate cake, filled with strawberry buttercream, and frosted with Vanilla buttercream

COOKIES AND CREAM CAKE ~ Double chocolate cake filled with oreo cookie filling.

BANANA CAKE ~ Moist, rich but light banana cake, filled with pastry cream, chocolate ganache or chocolate buttercream, and frosted with your choice of Vanilla buttercream or Cream Cheese frosting. (for a "less sweet" option choose the Vanilla buttercream)

MOIST CARROT CAKE ~ Moist and delicious carrot cake with carrots, raisons and pecans (pecans optional) filled and frosted with Cream Cheese frosting or vanilla buttercream.

CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE ~ Semi-sweet chocolate chips float in the moist vaniila cake and is filled with whipped chocolate ganache filling, frosted with vanilla buttercream.

VANILLA COGNAC CAKE  ~ Yellow cake infused with Vanilla Cognac, your choice raspberry or strawberry filling and frosted with Vanilla Cognac buttercream

White Chocolate Raspberry  ~  Vanilla cake with your choice of raspberry or strawberry filling , frosted with White Chocolate Coconut Buttercream (buttercream will have freshly grated coconut throughout)

BLACKBERRY LEMON CAKE ~ Blackberries float in this moist vanilla cake, filled with lemon mousse, and  frosted with lemon buttercream

LEMON SUNSHINECAKE ~ Moist lemon  infused cake, filled with lemon filling, frosted with vanilla bean buttercream


ABOUT MY FROSTING

I use  Italian Meringue Buttercream in all of my recipes unless American buttercream is requested.

Italian Meringue Buttercream is a "true buttercream" or what I call the creme de le creme of buttercreams and is made with a cooked sugar syrup, pasterized egg whites and high quality butter which is whipped to a soft silky melt in your mouth consistancy.   It is less sweet than the American buttercream. Please note that due to the butter content in this frosting that it will have an off white color and will hold up in temperatures only up to 75 degrees.  My buttercream is safe for children and pregnant mom's to be as I use pasturized egg whites.

American Buttercream Frosting is made with confectioner's sugar, shortening and butter.  It is whiter in color than the Italian buttercream and much sweeter.  For a "white white" color, butter can be omitted but flavor will be sacrificed.  This frosting is similiar to what you would find in the grocery stores.  This type of frosting will hold up in the summer heat better than the Italian buttercream but please note that all frostings will melt in the heat.

My chocolate buttercream and chocolate mousse are made with high quality semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate.
