Please know that all of my cakes are moist, delicious and baked fresh for your special day.   If you have not had the opportunity to taste one of my cakes and you'd like to schedule a private complimentary tasting please call me, fill out my Contact form or email me Jacquiscakes@comcast.net to schedule a tasting time on the dates listed above. 

 

I will email you 3-4 days prior to your tasting date to confirm your appointment.  Appointments take about 1 hour and I do schedule several tasting appointments on the tasting date so I do encourage you to be on time so that we can take advantage of the full hour.

 

I will have up to 6 cake flavors and several buttercream and filling flavors to choose from but you are not limited to these flavors.  Please bring pictures, invitation, ribbons ect that will inspire a design for your cake.  Paint chips work well for color matching.

 

A $100.00 nonrefundable deposit (which is applied to your cake order) is required to reserve you date.  Until the deposit is received your date will remain available to other brides.  I book a limited amount of cakes per date so I encourage you to place your deposit promptly.

 

Cancellations:  I do understand that things happen in life and a cancellation or a reschedule may occur.  I do ask that you be courteous and respect my time and cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.  I set aside this time especially for you and your guests.  Rescheduling is complimentary with notice but if you "no-show" your appointment and would like to reschedule I will ask for a nonrefundable $30.00 fee.  The 3rd no-show will result in no further tasting appointments.
